I am going in for a regular cleaning which is covered by insurance. But SC dental charged me $131 as a periodontal maintenance which is not covered by insurance. This business has fraudulent practices to deceive patients. But The hygienist Brianna is really good. Just the office manager is cunning and deceiving.

Dr. Boyd has been my dentist for years. I enjoy his attitude and definitely everyone that works there. A great experience every time that I've needed him and I have had some major work over the years. A loyal customer for sure.

Dr. Boyd was great but the problem is with his office manager. She was very rude, aggressive and unprofessional. After we met with her to discuss some issues as being billed for a procedure I didn't have and not getting a receipt or being credited for $35 cash my husband gave one of the front office ladies. She said there was no record of it and said we were calling someone in her office of being a thief. She even refused to allow us to meet with Dr. Boyd to discuss our concerns.
