You are ultimately responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Payment arrangements should be made before treatment, and your estimated portion or copayment is due at the time of service.

Cherry Financing provides easy approval, interest-free payment plans, no down payment, no annual fees, and no prepayment penalties (upon approval). This makes a wide range of dental treatments more affordable with convenient monthly payments.
We also accept CareCredit and Prosper HealthCare Lending. Prosper HealthCare Lending is a trusted name in healthcare financing with a strong track record in helping patients afford cosmetic and restorative procedures. Please ask our team for an application or to check your eligibility for any of these programs – approval is quick and straightforward.
Additional Payment Options
- Credit & Debit Cards: For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Major Services Two-Payment Plan: For treatments requiring two or more appointments (such as crowns, bridge work, dentures, or similar procedures), we offer a split-payment option – half of your portion due at the first appointment and the balance at the delivery or completion appointment.
Please bring your insurance information to your first consultation so we can help expedite reimbursement.
Missed Appointments
The dental appointment is a shared responsibility between you and our team. To keep care affordable and ensure availability for all patients, we ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments may result in a copayment or fee per insurance agreements.
