Dental Patient Reviews Laguna Hills CA

Been going to DR. Boyd for 10 years. He's great! But because of his office manager Dee i am looking for another provider. She has insulted my wife recently and when i needed them to re-seat a temp crown that fell out less than 24 hrs later it was impossible to get time with Dr..Shame on Dee for her lack of compassion for a patient in pain. I couldn't leave work until 4:30 and she said "sorry we are booked until they close". Never even asked Dr. if he would see me. She might be good at keeping payable's coming in but she has no compassion for people. Dee... you are in the wrong business.

Okay, full disclosure, I hate the dentist, absolutely loathe it. I called SC dental and was assigned to Dr. Austin. I only had a referral to this office, but not a particular doctor. I could tell everyone how she is a person you can tell immediately is quality people, and someone you can feel good around, but most people are only interested in the quality of service. well, to start, the front staff were incredible. Even with my insurance being a pain, they consistently kept in contact with me, especially Kelsey. I appreciate that personalized service. The techs when you are brought in the back, very friendly and upbeat, and as someone like me who hates the thought of dental work, they even made me feel good, sorry guys, but I forget the names, but thank you. Now, Dr. Austin, as stated, high quality compassionate lady......and a doctor I would trust with all my family members. She gets right to work, is very efficient, but still takes the time to make sure the patient is doing okay. I can honestly say, I got very lucky when I was assigned to her. For the first time ever, my apprehensions about the dentist, are much lower. I had been to another local dentist, and walked out, I am going back to Dr. Austin and SC dental for all my work from now on

Greatest Dentist. I am from New York, moved here few years ago. Went to few places before I was referred to Dr Boyd. Since finding Dr Boyd and his team, I will not be going anywhere else. The whole team is great, especially Dee. I read some reviews and am surprised to see anything negative about any of the staff members. Dee, has helped me out with payment options and has explained everything to me thoroughly. Jenn, is another one who is great. Dr Boyd, takes his time with you and checks every so often to make sure you are comfortable. He listens to you and your situation and is an excellent dentist. Danny is great, the hygienist is great. Will continue to come to this dentist. If there is someone who post a negative review, most likely they're at fault for not caring about their own hygiene and become disgruntle when they do not have any options but the worse senecirio. I read a review about their prices and find them very fair. Plus they offer the VIP for a few dollars which saves you lots of money in the long run so I suggest you get on their VIP. I brought my 3 year old daughter here after knocking loose a tooth at the trampoline park around the corner. Everyone was awesome and super nice. Especially considering it's New Years Eve, we've never been patients there, and they actually have a pediatric location a few miles away but still took care of her. Thanks! Now I know who her dentist will be.
