My mom has been here for cleaning 4 times. I was always in the room. The last cleaning they did not want me to be which I thought was odd. Then they coerced her in to getting trays and gel saying her gums were bad and that she really needed this. It was not covered by insurance and was out of her own pocket. It was $1600. They said any questions or concerns to call. Well she did it for a week and was drooling from it and got sick. Maybe they should find out about what medications she is on and not to try and make $. She tried calling the dentist 4 times but receptionist said she was busy left messages 3 times and still no call back. Tried filing a claim with credit card company and it was refused. I hope you feel good about scamming an 80 year old elderly woman. She will not be returning of course and we will be contacting the better business bureau and letting her dental insurance know how bad this experience was. Hopefully this will help others out and to stay far away from this dentistry practice.

Had a great cleaning experience with Mia. She was diligent, friendly and took good care of me. Overall, everyone at SC Dental is amazing, fun and professional. Glad the family and I come here.
