I love Dr. Boyd (and Danny). I've been with him forever. He's honest, gentle, personal, and has great bedside manner. Dr. Boyd is the best! And his assistant Danny is great too. Love this this place.

Would give 0 stars for Dr. Tabby if I could. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing. I was assigned to this office through my insurance and unfortunately will not be returning. While the staff and assistants were all kind and welcoming, my interaction with Dr. Tabby was extremely disappointing.. During my visit, I explained my dental history regarding a cracked tooth that my previous dentist had monitored and treated conservatively with fillings. I thought she should know how long I’ve had it & what I’ve had done. Instead of listening respectfully, Dr. Tabby responded in a rude and condescending manner, telling me I should “JUST GO BACK TO MY OLD DENTIST.” I had already explained that this wasn’t possible because my dentist has breast cancer, which made her comment feel dismissive and very unprofessional. My boyfriend had an appointment as well and they attempted to upsell us on various things. We BOTH got told that we needed antibiotics??? and that we needed laser treatment. I got told that my teeth are very white & healthy, yet she recommended whitening treatment? It just didn’t make sense. THEY WANT UR $, that’s it. I really did love my dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, though. Her bedside manner was excellent. She was kind and helpful as she recommended dental products I could buy from CVS. As well as the X-ray assistant. You can tell who cares about their patients and who doesn’t. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and compassion, especially when sharing their medical history. Sadly, that was not my experience here.

I saw Dr Tabby. I was hit on the overhead light and sustained a traumatic brain injury. I am now on disability and can no longer work. I have head pain, neck and jaw pain. I am now getting shots in my neck for the pain. I am on pain meds. It hurts to have sunlight on my head to go out to the mailbox, hurts to have water on it in the shower. It hurts to wear hats, hurts to wear a ponytail, I get migraines now. I am seriously injured & wish EVERYTHING I AM GOING THROUGH on Dr. Tabby. The office offered me $3,000. For my pain. When I didn’t take it Dr. Tabby sad it didn’t happen at her office, closed my account and referred to me as, “THIS account has been closed.” Is that a dentist you can trust? Uh, NO!!!!!!!!!

Receptionist is nice and the xray guy was friendly. I don't even know the name of the dentist I was there to see because after 3 appointments for an out-of-pocket crown, I saw her for maybe 20 mins. I had a cracked tooth and got in quickly that same day, so that was lucky. The dentist saw me and shaved the cracked tooth, took a mold, and they put on a temp. Next time i come in and it's the assistant lady, and she can't shave the crown down enough, and i keep telling her, "It's too high it's too high." She tells me to bite down, and it cracks in my mouth, and she has the audacity to say, "Well, not that hard. " Ok, well, it would have cracked regardless at some point bc you didn't listen to me. So i need another temp and another crown and another appointment. The third time i see a male assistant I've never seen before, he checks to see if it fits, shaves it down, but didn't clean my mouth before cementing it in. I should have said something but figured he knew what he was doing... but then i remembered even the assistant lady cleaned my mouth prior. 1200$ out of pocket and I worry when it will rot out of my face lol. Sick. Editing this review to say I only left this about a year ago because I started getting shooting pains from that area into my jaw. It needs redone. I also forgot to add that the entire time of my exam, the assistant kept making snarky comments, "Wow, look at this one, what is this, oh my god what happened here?" Ya that's what it's like to grow up poor without dental and never have dental insurance baha. Such a blessing for you to never have to go through that. I honestly really disliked the assistant, and maybe that's why the third time I came in, it was someone I had never met before. Kind of crazy too because I was originally brought in as a referral from someone who goes there regularly and had a good amount of work done in the past. Also, I was paying out of pocket so you get your money right then, not fumbling with insurance companies. Swipe a card and you're paid. Ridiculous experience.
